WE SEE THE POTENTIAL

We installed a bedroom, lounge, study / office and bathroom in this conversion, Working closely with the client we created a living, working and replacing space which incorporated sliding doors to the rear which over looked a beautiful landscape with horse running freely.

The client was able to move into the loft space allowing them to rent out the lower levels via Air BNB, the returns have allowed them receive a sizeable income.
